Whitening Trays – The bleaching agent in this case is contained within a tray that is held agains the teeth to whiten them. This means the bleaching chemical is in contact with your teeth for longer and is hence more effective.

Don’t ever do something that may endanger the long term health of your teeth as you may pay for it in the long run, even if in the short term your teeth are whiter. A dentist will always be able to provide the most effective teeth whitening method (although that may change in the future), but the cost of this may mean it is better for you to go the home route.
